At Malaysia Building Society Berhad, he rose to Project Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager, delivering landmark joint-venture developments nationwide. As Associate Director at Firdaus & Associates, he led the Estate Agency division and provided strategic consultancy on condominium, office-tower and township projects.

A Registered Valuer, Estate Agent and Property Manager (BOVAEA), YM Tunku Dato’ Prof Sr Dr Fauzi is a Fellow and former division chair of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia, and serves on committees of RICS (UK), FIABCI, PEPS, MIPPM and MIEA.
