He excels in threat assessment, protective driving, counter- surveillance and crisis response skills he now applies to overseeing Monarch’s Malaysian operations.

Salem Lim brings 18 years of investment and corporate finance expertise to his role as Partner & Country Head for China. Previously Chairman of Hongsheng International Holdings and a senior advisor to the Beijing SME Cooperation & Development Promotion Center’s Geographical Indication Services Office, he has designed top level corporate structures, led strategic and operational planning, and executed multiple listing financings.
